Vintar atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Vintar merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 33,339 dalam isi rumah 7,686.
