Banna atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Banna merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Ilocos Utara, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 19,297 dalam isi rumah 4,421.
