Does the low percentage of the first three axes of a principal components analysis mean that another method of analysis should be used?

I have a total of 35% for my first 3 axes

Initially I have 6113 observations and 23 variables. I took 5000 observations and 21 active variables for the PCA. the analysis must make it possible to find the variables that play the most to have a fulfilling social and professional life.

If your goal is to do PCA, just do it. But we would suppose you really want to use PCA to *accomplish something else.* Please tell us what that might be. – whuber Feb 09 '22 at 15:02
