I am interested in learning more about lasso regression and elastic net, can someone provide links that they felt helpful? If there are books that have a step-to-step guide on how to conduct these analyses on R, that will be very helpful as well.
I am a psychology student, my statistics understanding is basic and I only have used SPSS for quantitative analysis. The guides I found online require a good understanding of statistics, and require you to have prior knowledge of python or R.
