Should I url-encode non-ascii characters in canonical url's?
That is, should i use
<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.example.com/öland">
...or
<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.example.com/%C3%B6land">
I see both being used in the wild, so I wonder if there are any best-practices here.
