I am a PhD student in Computational Science, Engineering, and Mathematics at ICES. I specialize in parallel linear algebra; most recently I have been working on solving high-frequency 3d Helmholtz equations (some pretty results on the SEG Overthrust model), and in the process wrote a to-be-released custom distributed-memory sparse-direct solver named Clique, which is built on top of my distributed-memory dense linear algebra library, Elemental.
