I called myself a Mathematician since last dozen years. I think I was just deluding myself with the ease of doing things with how much I liked doing it. I am quite good in mathematics but what I like more is working with data. Any type of data. What I would like to do in future is to create a truly intelligent program.
My idea about Artificial Intelligence is that we need to create curious babies rather than intelligent humans. A person with high IQ is useless if he knows nothing of your question. You need a curious baby program which is naive at the start but is ready to learn so that you can pursue it to learn the things you are interested in. Now that will be one artificial intelligence I would like to create.
I did a decent amount of C++ programming when I was little or rather a teen. I went to and shifted my interest to mathematics when I started learning about calculus. In last three years, I taught three Calculus and two precalculus courses as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. I like applied mathematics, statistics, probability theory, and everything that relates mathematics with real life. I am pursuing a career as a data scientist. I hope to gain a good amount of experience by the end of this year already. Right now, my main goal is to learn enough Machine Learning models to start making my own models. I have already said a lot about myself, but still if anyone is interested in asking anything I won't mind giving more details.
