I am a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Health and Medical sciences, University of Copenhagen (UCPH), and at Statens Serum Institut, Denmark. My primary research interest is on host-microbes interaction, antimicrobial resistance mechanism and evolution, microbial population structure, controlling the spread of drug resistant pathogens from animals to humans, and discovery of new strategies for the diagnosis and therapy of bacterial infections. In my leisure, I read fiction, thriller, watch movies, visit historical places, and like to capture the natural landscape.
