I am working with a weighted sample design and I am trying to perform a one-way ANOVA, but I need to test for homogeneity of variance first through the Levene test. SAS offers the option to add weights for proc glm, but the HOVTEST and WELCH option are only available for unweighted data.I searched all over the internet to find a function that performs it on weighted data. Nothing. Can anyone help with this ? I am open to work with SAS or R.
