I would like to run correlation analysis in SPSS using data from a national dataset that uses stratified random sampling. The dataset came with a csvplan datafile to be used when running weighted data analysis in SPSS. In my study, I need to use this weighted plan and I want to run a correlation test between two continues variables. However, I only find an option to run correlations as a "regular" analysis, but not able to find it, under the "complex sample" option in the analysis menu in SPSS. I assume there is another way to set up the weighted data, but I am not sure how. I don't want to use the "weight cases" option under the data menu because I think I might have to set up the weighted variables one by one, and I am running multiple. Therefore, is there any way to run the analysis that I need (correlation analysis using the complex sample option)? Thank you for your help!
