I have to forecast demand for company based on the past four years. I have data starting from 2017 to 2020 but in the data of 2020 the demand for the months april and may is 0 due to lockdown imposed in our country. Can I totally exclude the year 2020 in the process of forecasting as the demand for rest of the months is very less as compared with previous years data. Or should I include 2020 then how should i treat the demand for April and May being 0.
