I'm analysing a set of data on the fluorescence intensity of a particular receptor. All the data are in the form of a fraction as they are being compared to a control. ie. fraction = intensity of test sample/intensity of control.
Are the set of fractions normally distributed? I've got a feeling they are not but I'm not entirely sure
