If there's a questionaire that has questions like if you answered yes to this question, then skip the next 2 questions, how would I address these missing values? Would I ignore them when making a model for this data?

Please do not reask the Q when you do not get answers fast, but work with your original post (the dup). Please edit that post, and add additional information there. The question belongs to crossvalidated, but there it would also be flagged as it needs more information, e.g. about the subject of research and the specific questions. there is no canonical answer for dealing with Missing values in a questionaire.
