Basic Me: I'm a software engineer with a bachelor's degree in computer science (I minored in applied mathematics), as well as an aspiring (more like "amateur") fiction writer. I am also a dedicated and probably overly zealous video gamer. One day I would like to start up a small video development/publishing company. I don't have the time right now, but I guess you could call me an aspiring entrepreneur too.

Intermediate Me: I like learning and helping other to learn what I have, which admittedly feels like much less every time I learn something new. But I like helping people in general. I also like history, the physical and life sciences, mathematics, animals, anything about Japan, foreign languages and linguistics, etc. ad nauseam. I guess I'm kind of tedious in that way.

TL;DR: I don't like to discuss politics or religion, but it says "About Me" and, for better or worse, that means a moderate Republican and a Christian American. But I'm open-minded. For ten years I considered myself to be Wiccan. And I'm neither racist nor sexist. That's all I have to say about "heavy", and as far as I'm concerned, otherwise irrelevant stuff. I try to love everyone and respect everyone's opinion. And I believe each of us can learn a lot from everyone else, which is why I join sites like these. =)
