This tweet contains an image of a Anya and a crying Becky https://twitter.com/daigo_tanosii/status/1536683360395067392 with a caption of Anya saying

'ベッキー泣かせたの お前か'

Should this caption be translated as 'Are you the one who made Becky cry?' or 'Did you make Becky cry?'

I was also wondering why there is a の. Isn't it the case that if 'ベッキー泣かせた' is a noun modifying clause, then there shouldn't be a の in between this clause and 'お前'

ベッキー泣かせた お前か

I am aware that Anya sometimes makes grammatical mistakes, but is this meant to be an example of that?
