They are rarely used, but Kanji do exist for いる and ある. FWIW I've seen it used in formal documents.
居留守{いるす} Pretending to be not home.
住居{じゅうきょ} To reside, residence.
有限{ゆうげん} With limit, limited as in limited resources or time.
存在{そんざい} Existence.
