Rom Manager is available in the Google Play Store and allows for the easy installation, removal and editing of custom ROMs. It is made by ClockworkMod and allows you to:

  • Flash recovery images
  • Reboot into recovery
  • Install custom ROMs
  • Download custom ROMs
  • Manage/Restore (nandroid) backups
  • Partition SD card

and more.

There is also a Premium version.
