Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. ialah sebuah syarikat penerbit permainan video global Perancis. Ibu pejabat mereka terletak di Montreuil, Perancis. Syarikat yang berasal dari Carentoir (Morbihan, Brittany) mempunyai 26 studio di 19 buah negara dan syarikat-syarikat di 26 buah negara.[3] Nama "Ubi" berasal daripada singkatan Union des Bretons Indépendants (Kesatuan Breton Bebas).[4]

Ubisoft kini merupakan penerbit permainan video bebas ketiga terbesar yang di Eropah, dan ketiga terbesar di Amerika Syarikat. Studio pembangunan terbesar mereka ialah Ubisoft Montreal, yang teletak di Kanada, yang kini menggaji kira-kira 2,100 orang.[5] Yves Guillemot ialah pengerusi dan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Ubisoft. Bagi tahun fiskal 2008-2009, hasil Ubisoft ialah €1.058 bilion, dan mencapai kejayaan 1 bilion euro buat kali pertama dalam sejarah Ubisoft.

Sebelumnya, syarikat ini bernama Ubi Soft. Merilis beberapa siri/francais sukses, seperti: Rayman, Grandia, Farcry, Gunfighter, dan lain-lainnya. Dan sudah empat kalinya, logo rasmi Ubisoft berganti-ganti.
