Isotopomer

Isotopomer atau isomer isotop ialah isomer yang mempunyai bilangan yang sama untuk setiap atom isotop, tetapi posisinya berlainan. Umpamanya, CH ${}_{3}$ CHDCH ${}_{3}$ dan CH ${}_{3}$ CH ${}_{2}$ CH ${}_{2}$ D merupakan sepasang istopomer. Isotopomer harus tidak dikelirukan dengan isotopolog.
